Whey Forward Health Industries are seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic, fast-growing company. The candidate must have a true dedication to improving customer experience within an online retail environment.
• Proven track record within a high-volume customer service position;
• Sound writing skills;
• IT literate (Mac-experience preferred);
• Fully literate on all social media platforms;
• Ability to work under own initiative and within a small team.
• Improving customer experience across a variety of ecommerce and social media platforms;
• Identifying customer service enquiries on all social media platforms and taking necessary action;
• Responding to customer service emails and calls;
• Processing product returns;
• Assisting the operations team with general admin duties;
• Assisting marketing team with social media posting and monitoring.
