Due to promotion, we are looking for a Full-time, bright and enthusiastic Administrator to join our small, friendly Customer Services Team and assist in our in-house post room. This is a varied role and no two days are the same!
Customer Services Administrator | SaaS Company - Full Time

Reporting to the CS Team Leader, you will provide a first class service not only to our clients but their customers, too! If you have excellent communication skills, are IT literate with experience in MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel) then we’d like to hear from you. + First line response to calls to Online Helpdesks
+ Answer main telephone line for incoming calls
+ Assist with converting client’s customers to e-billing (e.g. telephone and email campaigns, etc)
+ Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for distribution to clients using Word and Excel
+ Provide assistance to the post room one week per month to include:
- Printing and preparing paper copies of invoices, statements, etc for posting
- Enter postage figures for billing purposes
+ Liaise with other Departments to ensure client queries are dealt with promptly, effectively and within SLA targets using Jira Service Desk software
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Aptitude to work as part of a team or independently
+ Exceptional telephone manner
+ Willingness to learn different software packages
+ Ability to multi-task
+ Knowledge of postal services an advantage but not essential
+ Attention to detail necessary
