Salary: £21,000 per annum plus benefits
Our Client is one of the UK’s leading on-site and off-site shredding companies, providing confidential document and data shredding services throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer services administrator to join their friendly team. It’s a busy and exciting role and they are looking for someone who enjoys talking to customers and going the extra mile to solve problems. Tasks include inputting incoming orders and contracts into their master system, liaising with customers regarding additional visit requests, helping to organise customer collections to maximise efficiency and speaking daily to their fleet of Secure Collection Drivers to ensure any missed visits or issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
With an emphasis on first class customer service, you will have great communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as an excellent telephone manner. With previous experience in a fast paced customer focused environment, you will be highly competent in standard software packages and be able to prioritise your own workload. The ability to work using your own initiative is key, as is being able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. A full training and induction programme will be given to the successful candidate.
