In fact, we estimate that 1 in 4 British homes now have a Bristan tap or shower fitted. You’ll also find out products in bathrooms and washrooms at hospitals, leisure centres, hotels, schools and colleges across the country.
We are passionate about providing friendly expertise and delivering an extraordinary customer experience – and that’s where you come in.
Every day is different. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls; resolving customer queries and offering advice to both merchants and the general public regarding the installation and maintenance of our products.
Experience is not essential as full training will be provided – what’s more important is a friendly, enthusiastic and well organised individual who has a genuine passion and the desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
