We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join us in Telford.

 

Responsible for the UK customer service team, you will take ownership of the efficient interaction with clients on relevant issues and those related to the delivery of goods to increase sales.

 

Responsible for all customer service processes and responding promptly to issues raised by clients to eliminate any shortcomings, you will lead the local customer service team, ensuring they act in support of the Cedo business strategy and arrange and provide efficient and uninterrupted work with clients related to the processing of orders and delivery of goods.

 

Controlling resources and utilizing assets to achieve targets, you will make and submit reports in due time, keeping accurate records and documentation.

 

With a minimum of 3 years’ experience within Customer Service and able to build and maintain effective working relationships, you will have strong Project Management Skills (ability to manage varying tasks and see through to completion) and an understanding of the basics of primary and warehouse accounting.

 

A team player, you will come from a fast paced environment and advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
