Due to expansion our Thame based client have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join their organisation.

This is a pivotal role within the company as you will be in direct liaison with their customers, portraying the organisation in a positive way and offering an excellent level of service to each client.

Working in a B2B environment you will have a professional approach where the customer service is more about quality than quantity.

In addition to customer services you will also play a key role in supporting administration, sales support and billing enquiries.
