About the role
We are looking for our next star to join our Service Booking and Enquiry team at Audi. Are you the next dynamic team member to join our established team of Service Enquiry specialists; leading the way within the Automotive Industry?
Our Retail Support Centre based at Glasgow Audi is leading the way within the Automotive industry. Looking after our Audi customers throughout the UK our team supports our Aftersales departments across twelve Audi Centres. The team deliver a premium, bespoke experience to customers enquiring over the phone, email or live chat.
When you join us, you will be using multiple contact channels as preferred by customers to make service and repair appointments and book courtesy services for our customers whilst maintaining the high standards of service quality, professionalism and premium service expected by our Group and the Audi brand. In addition, you will also be managing customer service related and general aftersales enquiries and liaising with our 12 Centres throughout the UK.
You will provide exceptional customer service throughout all customer interactions and identify any additional needs as well as achieving sales through introducing products and services. Don't worry full training will be provided as part of your induction and on-going as you improve your knowledge portfolio.
The role commands a basic salary plus commission with a realistic OTE. Uncapped earnings mean our high achieving team members reap the rewards of their hard work.
You will have previous experience from a sales, aftersales or customer service role and have a positive energy and passion for providing a great service experience and enthusiasm for the Audi brand. You will have an excellent telephone manner and a drive to exceed customer satisfaction, sales and quality objectives. By representing a prestigious brand, you will have exemplary communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrate a thorough approach to work, with a focus on detail and accuracy. This role is within a fast paced contact centre environment so you will be computer literate and discrete with sensitive and confidential data as well as being a supportive team member.
Knowledge of CDK software and the RTC booking system would be advantageous however not essential.
