In this role you will:
+ Orchestrate new customer onboarding and sales aftercare activities for our agency partners (providing Amazon & Microsoft cloud services to brands) & our own direct clients
+ Proactively provide the sales and support administration needs of customers working with the internal team (sales, support, operations)
+ Provide a jaw dropping world-class customer service experience uniquely wrapped in our personality
As a minimum we’re looking for:
+ 1 year in a busy sales office administration and/or after sales service role
+ Commercially minded administration ability & strong organisation skills
+ Problem solving and/or sales support project management ability
+ Ability to influence support teams in a technical environment
+ Clear, calm communication ability (phone & online)
+ Demonstrable ability to improve customer service
+ Proven stakeholder relationship management ability
You’ll be amazingly organised, take pride in creating efficiencies whilst being great with people.
We’re looking for that responsive, confident team orchestrator that:
+ Enjoys juggling sales & support related activity requests (human and admin)
+ Is able to identify problems and proactively inspire colleagues to resolve or confidently escalate issues
+ Can leave customers with an immediate “we’ve got that!” efficiency impression
+ Is commercially savvy and can capture emerging sales opportunities
+ Is attentive to detail and can make an active contribution to building customer support processes
