Satarah Recruitment is currently recruiting for our client based in Milton Keynes for a Customer Service/ Sales Administrator. This is for a growing, innovative and exciting global business.
The job is to help support the customers from order through to successful delivery. Providing product information and support throughout.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service to customers and clients
• Process orders and input them onto SAP
• Monitor orders placed and advise customers of any changes
• Invoice orders and issue credit notes for goods
• Produce shipping documents
• Process sample requests
• Process new customer enquiries
• General administration
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a background in Customer Service, confident using SAP, order processing and enjoy working in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
• SAP knowledge and experience is essential
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Resilient and able to work under pressure
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite

• Monday : Friday, 9am : 5pm, with 30 minutes for lunch
