Customer Service Representatives Required

Our client manufacture luxury garden rooms and premium wooden gazebos. They are looking for high a calibre Customer Service Representative with a proven track record for their UK department.

Daily duties of the Customer Service Representative include:

  • Order processing
  • Liaising with our Financial controller to ensure all customer payments are up to date daily.
  • Inputting enquiries into our CRM and liaising with the sales team
  • Sending out marketing material and dealing with enquiries and anything relating to customer service related issues
  • Providing an exemplary 5 star service to our customers and prospective customers daily
  • Must be articulate, good command of the English language, well spoken and used to dealing with affluent customers at the luxury end of the market
  • Must be able to follow instructions, be a good listener and think on their own feet
  • A team player
  • Dedicated with a proven track record on being employed for one company for a good period of time
  • Proven track record with references on request

Key skill requirements of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Proficient at using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Used to work with CRM and CMS
  • Meticulous, detailed and conscientious to ensure all information is accurate and always up to date
  • Must work closely with the accounts department to ensure information is always up to date, accurate and provided to our Financial Controller on request
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well spoken & articulate
  • Must have experience at serving highly affluent and discerning clients and treating this client base with impeccable manners and respect
  • Must be able to multi task and deal with pressure within a fast paced company
  • We are looking for great team players that want to be a part of a successful company with great customer service as a core belief.
  • Able to work off own initiative
  • A great telephone manner always

£25k basic to be reviewed after 12 months
