We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team where you will be the first point of contact for our home based customers, processing patient orders accurately whilst receiving communication via telephone and email.
Playing the part of intermediary contact for patients, units and other departments involved in the delivery of Home Dialysis to patients, you will assist Renal Units in ensuring an effortless transition in unit treatment to home. Supporting and building relationships with patients, you will make sure they have a continual supply of medical equipment, ensuring the smooth management of home dialysis.
We are looking for someone who has a strong customer focus. With effective communication skills, both written and verbal, you will have a high attention to detail and will be confident at answering inbound calls. A team player, who is IT literate and has a good working knowledge of Excel, you will be receptive to change and able to work under pressure.
