Customer Service Representative - Fluent Mandarin - Verbal & Written

My client a growing organisation in EC2 is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can speak, read and write Mandarin Fluently. Salary £18,500.

Must be eligible to work in the UK as company cannot offer visa sponsorship.

As my client continues to grow, they are looking for a highly motivated Mandarin-speaking individual to deliver an outstanding service to our customers. You will be in charge of managing customer relations with the Chinese customer base.

Responsibilities would include:

Managing relations with the Chinese customers across all channels including phone, email, live chat and Weibo
Building relationships with Chinese partner companies
Delivering excellent customer satisfaction at all touch points
Working closely with the company Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the whole customer journey

Person Specification

As well as being a fluent Mandarin speaker you will have excellent interpersonal skills, a precise attention to detail and always be willing to go the extra mile to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will also need to be highly motivated with great initiative to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
