Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of glass and glazing systems in three business areas: Architectural, Automotive and Technical Glass.
Their mission is to be the global leader in innovative high-performance glass and glazing solutions, working safely and ethically.
They are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative within the Automotive Aftermarket department to act as the first point of contact for sales and enquiries and to take full responsibility for order book management from receipt of order to fulfilment.
Developing and maintaining a close working relationship with day to day operations, including Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Quality and Marketing, you will communicate order and shipment information, including fill rates and service issues to both customers and the Customer Service Team leader and/or the Supply Chain and Operations Manager.
You will be responsible for taking ownership for all customer issues until resolution and prior to escalation to the Customer Service Team Leader where possible.
With experience of using SAP or other similar business systems and excellent oral and written communication skills, candidates must have the ability to identify issues requiring timely resolution, to managerial level and be highly numerate with the ability to manage large volumes of data. The ability to build excellent customer relationships is also essential.
Working hours - 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday and alternative Saturday mornings
