Blue Arrow operating as an employment agency require a customer services agent that is fluent in Norwegian/Nordic. To work in a busy call centre department of a market leading company. You will be liaising with existing Norwegian/Nordic speaking clients, therefore the ability to speak confidently and fluently in Norwegian/Nordic is essential. Good English skills are advantageous but not necessary. You should also have a proven background in customer services or sales, and a good telephone manner. You will be answering customer queries and responding to their enquiries via telephone and email. Immediate start available for suitable candidates.
