We are looking to appoint a Customer Service Manager to join us where you will lead and direct the customer service team to delivering excellent customer care. This is a permanent, full time role based at our Merton site.
Within the role, you will focus on proactive customer relationships, people development, problem intervention and continuous improvement of customer service operations. Representing the voice of the customer in the local management team, you will give input to the improvement of operations whilst being responsible for the plant commercial terms and price conditions, such as contract management and discounts.
We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and has strong leadership skills. With the ability to listen and influence department team members in order to build an effective working team, you will have a passion for people development.
A good attention to detail is important, as is being able to analyse data; above all you will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and will be looking at ways to continuously improve this.
Due to the nature of the role, a driving licence is required as you will need to visit customer sites.
