Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support are exclusively supporting an innovative, firmly established South Yorkshire business as they look to appoint a Customer Service Manager
Reporting directly to the senior management team, this is an outstanding opportunity for a results driven, commercially driven Customer Service Manager to lead and coach a team of Customer Service Administrators whilst also ensuring the highly effective, operational running of the Customer Service department
To be successful in this role it is essential that the successful candidate has demonstrable experience within the manufacturing sector as well as people management experience of teams of up to 15 people
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
-Review, update and challenge customer order schedules -Lead customer forecast and sales order processes ensuring the business has a minimum rolling demand visibility of 12 months and sufficient order coverage -Contribute to and support business sales order process specifically in relation to customer demand -Act as the voice of the customer ensuring the customer experience within the business is always positive -Management reporting and participation in weekly senior management meetings -Maintain data integrity on the company in-house system -Communicate and own multiple KPI's across the department
Key Skills Required
-At least 5 years of experience within a customer service management capacity -Experience within a manufacturing environment
