Elevation Office Support are currently assisting a leading Engineering services business based in Rotherham, with the recruitment of a Customer Service Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working specifically within an engineering business, however more importantly & the specifics needed to fulfil this role are the core characteristics the individual displays; an outgoing, friendly & enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to naturally organise & communicate.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in supporting the Weighbridge, Commercial & Operational Team; therefore will be personable; highly organised; methodical; having an ability to build a strong, long-lasting rapport with the drivers, customers, and colleagues.
Elevation Office Support would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Staff management (4); in line with the companies policies / procedures
- Being the link between service & comms
- Key account management
- Report production
- Monitoring customer spend and costs
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 Year's minimum experience within a similar role
- Be outgoing & friendly with an enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to naturally organise & communicate
- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manor
- Be methodical, hardworking and pay good attention to detail
