Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a key client based in Rotherham and Sheffield who are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support the team through an extremely busy period.

The successful candidate will need to be immediately available with a proposed start date of January.

Key Accountabilities:
- To manage inbound and outbound customer contact via telephone and email
- First point of call for all queries/complaints
- Escalate enquiries internally to ensure customer receives resolution
- Create work orders for service and monitor their completion
- Manage customer price lists and accounts
- Management and maintenance of customer accounts, ensuring needs are fully understood and reflective in systems in a timely manner
- General office duties
- Liaise with the Key Accounts Manager to support key customers

Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel
- Energetic and self-motivated within a work environment
- Honest and reliable
- Punctuality and excellent time management
