About you

We are looking for people who are able to manage all written correspondence coming into the company via the website and in written format, working with high volumes whilst maintaining accuracy and great customer service.

Our advisors are ambassadors for our company and we need people to join us who have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for customer service and natural ability to build rapport and empathise with customers.
  • Have the ability to take ownership of an issue and see it through to resolution.
  • The skills to act with integrity, with a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • A genuine commitment to making a difference to our customer's experience.

Working hours for this role are 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.

You'll need to be eligible to live and work in the UK.
