As the voice of The Vending People, the successful Customer Service Coordinator will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and administrative support.
Allocating and following through to resolution all incoming customer enquiries and breakdown calls, you must ensure all calls have been completed and customers are responded to as necessary in a timely manner; taking customer wholesale orders and liaising with warehouse and customers to completion of delivery.
Maintaining stock price lists on Vendmanager for both purchase and sales, you will carry out a range of Reception support duties and prepare install paperwork for machines going to site and ensure that customer and machine records are updated on Vendmanager and Sage.
With experience of in delivering excellent customer service in a customer service role and strong communication skills both over the telephone and face to face, you must be able to calmly and effectively deal with customer complaints and issues and demonstrate a dedication to top quality customer service.
Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm, 35 hours per week
