PERMANENT ROLES PAYING £17,000 PA.Do you live in Swindon, Cirencester, Kemble, Malmesbury, Stroud, Chippenham and surrounding areas?
We pride ourselves on employing the brightest talent to help achieve our vision of becoming the UKs most trusted energy supplier. The role sits at the front line of customer service delivery in the Contact Centre, where customers have the option to contact us by e-mail or phone.
What will I be doing?
Arguably, youll be part of the most important team. Youll be on the front line working with our customers to deliver a service that we can be proud of. At the moment we are a small team. That means theres a lot of work to be done but it also means we dont stand on ceremony. Daily youll be mucking in with all aspects of the customer experience.
Answering and resolving customer enquiries over the phone or via email and demonstrating ownership of the problem
Proactively reviewing customer accounts when they call, to identify and resolve any future problems before they arise
Answering and actioning customers voice mails, potentially calling back to ensure the query is dealt with promptly and correctly.
Dealing with in depth customer queries and liaising with other departments to ensure resolution.

Do I have what it takes?
Customer service experience (minimum 6 months)
5 GCSE (or equivalent) passes at Grade C or above including English and Mathematics
The ability to self-motivate in a very busy contact centre environment
A desire to provide the best customer experience and get it right first time, every time
You may also be a College, University leaver looking for a career.
PLEASE NOTE FULL-TIME HOURS ARE WORKING A 40 HOUR WEEK WORKING SHIFTS BETWEEEN 7.45AM AND 19.15 PM. PART-TIME HOURS 9.00AM - 15.00PM.(SALARY WILL BE PRO-RATA)
