Your duties will involve offering their existing clients a complete customer care package. You will deal with mostly incoming telephone enquiries covering a wide range of subjects in connection with their clients' insurance. These may include discussions about outstanding paperwork or payments, processing the many changes customers may wish to make to their policies, cancellation requests, renewing policies and also dealing with any general enquiries they may have. Successful candidates will receive full training on their range of products, how best to meet their customers requirements and how to use the computer system.
Successful applicants must be customer focused and able to work in a high paced, versatile and dynamic team. Previous customer service experience is not required, but a confident and friendly telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential. As a Customer Service Clerk you'll have the opportunity to earn a wide range of bonuses relating to performance-based targets. Normal working hours: 9am - 5:30pm all year round Saturdays 9am - 1pm or 9am - 4pm Saturdays are worked on a monthly rota system where you might work every other Saturday or less.
