We're now looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our growing Collections department working in a warm and friendly environment.
The start date is 14th of May. Working hours will be between 8am and 8pm, mixture of earlies and lates including rotational Saturday shift 8am-2pm, accumulating total of 37,5 hours per week.

We are looking for someone with the right attitude, friendly personality who can hold a sensitive conversation with a customer and build trust. The ideal candidate will be self-organised and objective driven team player with ability to emphasise and go an extra mile for the customer. Good spoken and written English and excellent telephone manner is required. Previous call centre experience is desirable but not essential.
