As a Customer Service Associate in Asset Finance you will be the first person that their customers encounter - first impressions really matter. Successful candidates will therefore have, excellent relationship building capabilities, gravitas to discuss customer accounts knowledgeably and the passion, motivation and drive to really engage with people. Positive customer interaction is key every step of the way.  

A typical day will be:-

  • Inbound to assist customers with their accounts
  • Achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction through the concept of one call resolution

The essential skills you will need are:-

  • Previous inbound customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Demonstrated problem solving, decision-making, and time management skills
