An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Service Assistant to join them at their Student Life accommodation in Dundee. This is a part time role for 30 hours per week with a requirement to work every day Monday to Friday. Additional to this, there is a requirement to work the check in weekend at the start of each academic year.
Within this role, you will have responsibility for the administrative duties of the Student Accommodation. Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service and administration is provided at all times in order to maintain operational standards and maximize revenue generation.
You will be the first point of contact on site and instigate positive engagement with all students, visitors and contractors. You will assist with prompt collection of rents for the site using systems to maintain records and actions and will also assist with delivering successful summer lets programs.
In addition, you will also contribute to marketing plan and promotion of the accommodation and will oversee and maintain all social media platforms to enhance student engagement within the site.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have substantial experience at an administrative level within Hospitality/property/student environment. With an understanding of a customer focused environment, you will have proven competency in all aspects of Social Media along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
