Our client is a provider of PPE products.

The Role -

Our Client is currently recruiting for Customer Service Assistant to increase the current team.

The working hours are -

Monday - Friday

08:00 - 17:00

Alternate Saturdays

08:00 - 12:00

Responsibilities -

• Identifying customer needs and responding to them effectively
• Ensuring all customer needs are dealt with efficiently
• Always addressing customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Displaying a professional image to our customers, suppliers and visitors always
• Working within the team to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Always using initiative


Essential Skills & Requirements: -

• Demonstrable interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Experience of working in either Telesales or Customer Service
