Customer Service Agent Opportunities (Advisor) MEAR55020

They are a fast-growing business within the Group and currently manages over 10,500 units across the UK. Part of this is a specialist contact centre dedicated to serving the housing maintenance and care and support sectors.

 

They are now seeking to recruit a number of Customer Services Agents to support our client with the delivery of the Customer Experience.

 

Based within a Customer Service Centre in Enfield, you will be first point of contact for our client customers and will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers placing property repair orders for any trade. Within this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing repair requests, placing orders and making relevant appointments.

 

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have substantial experience within a customer service / caring environment dealing with members of the public, either telephone based or face to face.

 

A proficient user of Windows based technology, with substantial experience within an office environment or similar situation, you will have a proven ability to operate computer systems to input data and interrogate systems. Competent keyboard skills, with the ability to type at a speed of at least 30 words per minute is also important.

 

Although not essential, a basic knowledge of the Construction trade along with experience of working in partnership with a Local Authority Client would be beneficial. Basic knowledge of working within a Call Centre environment would also be an advantage.

 

Due to the nature of the business fluency in any of the following languages would be desirable: Turkish, Kurdish, Urdu, Hindi, Gudgerati.
