Our Client is currently looking for ambitious Customer Service Advisors who will join their energetic Enquiry Centre Team. Based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre they are a well-established pension’s provider with over 1.5 million customers across the UK. They pride themselves on giving the very best customer service to all their customers and they are now hiring!

They’re a Call Centre with a difference! They provide first class service to clients who call the Enquiry Centre to discuss their pension. This could be anything from a simple change to a client starting their retirement. You’ll act as the first point of contact for all inbound calls and handle each call in a professional and courteous manner.

Full training will be provided and they’ll teach you everything you’ll need to know about their pensions so you’ll be able to handle every call confidently and provide exceptional customer service.

There are no sales targets involved but you will have realistic key performance indicators to meet. Their working hours are on a rotational basis and you’ll be expected to work Monday to Friday, between 8am – 6pm (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm)

You’ll be joining a highly engaged and vibrant team who are passionate about delivering excellent Customer Service. The team like to have fun, work hard and support each other in achieving success.

In return for your commitment and hard work, they offer a generous and competitive benefits package that includes;

• 24.5 days holiday (increasing to 27.5 days holiday after 12 months service, 30 days holiday after 10 years’ service) + Bank Holidays

• Buy up to 3 additional days annual leave

• Salary increase to £17,750p/a once probation has been passed
