Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a key client based in Chesterfield who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their large customer service team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a choice employer in the Chesterfield area and requires someone who is immediately available to start.

You will initially undergo an intense week of training before any 'Live' Calls. You will be supported within the team who deals with any escalated queries. The hours are 37.5 a week, working Monday to Friday.

Key Accountabilities:

- Taking inbound calls from customers and clients
- Dealing with the resolution and management of complaints
- Resolving customer queries in a time-effective manner
- Diary Management, including the booking of deliveries
- Updating systems with relevant information
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
- General administration duties

Requirements:

- You need to be resilient, capable and professional
- Call centre experience preferred
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and database packages
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player, but able to work on own initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and varied environment
