They are currently looking for 2 Customer Service Advisors to join them on a full and part time basis: Full time – 7 month fixed term contract, part time (16 hours per week) on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Within the role you will support the Customer Services team in the delivery of a high quality, customer-focused housing service. Providing a professional and friendly customer-focused front-line service to customer enquiries, you will deal with issues such as rent accounts, tenancy enquiries, complaints, repairs and transfer / waiting list enquiries.
As the successful candidate you will have GCSE-level (or equivalent) qualifications and previous experience of providing a front-facing customer service. With experience of working in a busy environment and managing a number of conflicting priorities, you will be able to work on your own initiative and with a team, ensuring that the aims and objectives of the business are met.
Knowledge of housing or repairs is desirable but not essential.
