We are looking for a full time temporary Customer Service Advisor for an Accident Repair Centre based in Horsham to cover maternity leave.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact from the initial notification of repair through to the final handover of the vehicle back to the customer on completion. Throughout that time you will keep the customer, and work providers, updated on the repair progress.
The Successful Applicant

The basic salary is £18,000 - £20,000, negotiable depending on experience.
Hours: Pattern as follows
Week 1 - 8.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Week 2 - 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday, plus 8.30am - 11.30am Saturday morning
