My client is an established housing Association based in Surrey. They manage over 7000 houses in their local authority areas.
My client is now seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a temporary basis initially with the potential for the role to become permanent.
The key areas of responsibility are
Customer service : to provide an excellent first point of contact for all internal and external customers.
Property services : advise customers clearly regarding any questions around repairs, liaising with contractors and developers.
Housing Management : have an understanding of boundaries between the clients and local authorities and the various responsibilities
Ensure that clear and accurate data is maintained at all times
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience with the ability to communicate clearly under pressure.
