Salary £19,000 - £20,000 + Bonus based on sales orders processed

Founded in 1894, our client is a family-owned, global organisation with over a century of heritage in dress up.

The company supplies over 8000 products covering fancy dress, wigs and make up through a network of independent retailers, wholesale and direct to customer through a strong web presence.

They are all about delivering exceptional customer service to their internal and external clients alike and they're now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help them with this!

Processing sales orders received over the phone, via email or through their European Territory Managers, you will support Territory Sales Managers in the delivery of the sales plan, initiating special offers and promotions with clients and respond to queries and questions via email and over the telephone from a range of different trade clients. 

Tracking down orders, liaising with internal clients and resolving issues in a timely way, you will book trade customers in for showroom visits and action credits and returns.

With previous experience in a customer service setting and the ability to prioritise and juggle various responsibilities, candidates must be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines in order to meet service standards for the European client base and order cut off times.  Tenacious and confident and with a positive and solution focused approach, you should have sound IT skills (Microsoft Office) and be able to pick up new systems and software quickly and demonstrate excellent communication skills.  A 2nd European language would be preferable but not essential.
