Our client is a leading independent provider of document scanning, business process automation solutions, and professional consultancy services. Their customers trust them with their business critical and highly sensitive data.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Advisor to deliver an excellent standard of customer care throughout the management and handling of customer communications and enquiries.
Within this role, you will be a key member of the Customer Service team that adds value, delivers best in class service to customers, and to work with the Customer Service Manager to define smart and efficient processes that underpin working practices to ensure excellence in all our dealings with customers.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous experience within a busy Customer Service function/role along with experience of meeting targets under pressure. Educated to a good standard, you will be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and will be able to demonstrate excellent communications skills – verbal, written and listening.
They are seeking candidates who have the ability to remain calm and professional in pressured situations, who can demonstrate a positive and responsive attitude and strong planning skills.
