We are looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor to join our team based at our Merton site. This is a permanent, full time position working 40 hours per week.
Within the role you will provide an excellent customer care experience with both customers and colleagues. Dealing with customer issues such as complaints, renegotiations, size fittings etc., you will ensure queries are dealt with and will follow up to the customer.
As the successful candidate you will have good communication and listening skills. With experience of dealing with customers over the phone, and the ability to deal with issues in a controlled manner, you will be customer focussed will have good people skills.
