Starting salary £16,180 per annum, rising to £16,680 upon successful completion of 6 month probationary period

They are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for processing inbound and outbound calls ensuring excellent customer service is provided, allowing to build good customer relationships with clients. Their Customer Service Advisor role is a varied role dealing with both internal and external customers as well as processing correspondence.

To be suitable for the role, all that they ask is that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, an outstanding telephone manner and a keen eye for detail, effective time management skills and accuracy of inputting data.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday.
