They are now seeking a number of Customer Service Advisors to join them at their Cheltenham office.
As the face of the company, you will work in a fast paced environment and face different challenges every single day. Through high performance and putting their customers first, Customer Service Advisors have great prospects for progression and lucrative commission potential.
As their Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for developing their domestic customer base; handling inbound calls and making outbound queries, ensuring a smooth customer journey and that each account is maximised to its full potential.
If you are a target driven, results orientated individual who has previous customer service experience then they would love to hear from you! All that they ask is that you are confident in your own ability, have a high degree of motivation and time management and can work with autonomy. Resilience, persistence and a tenacious approach is key as are strong negotiation skills.
Those who have experience in telesales and up / crossing selling would be advantageous, however this is by no means essential.
