Our Client is a leader in the European textile service industry and delivers a complete textile rental and laundry service to all types of activities. Working across four business lines – Hospitality, Healthcare, Workwear and Facility, they work with thousands of organisations all over Europe.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their office based team where you will provide an excellent customer care experience over the phone and other media. This is a permanent full time position based at their Wednesbury site.
Within the role you will manage and follow up on customer queries and questions in a timely manner. Being a first time resolution for queries that come through, you will follow up and ensure the sustainability of solutions are presented to customers. Giving input on opportunities for problem prevention, you will handle non active sales and train customers on new products etc. where required.
They are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer service related role. An excellent communicator and customer focussed, you will have strong IT skills and will be able to multi-task. With no two days being the same, you will be solution focused, will have the ability to keep cool in heated situations and above all will be a team player.
