Our client based in Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke are looking for a number of temporary Customer Service Advisors to help with their peak months. They require temporary staff to help interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests. Job Tasks and Responsibilities Deal directly with customers by telephone Respond promptly to customer inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints Manage administration Desired Skills Interpersonal skills Communication skills - verbal and written Attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of Microsoft Office Registrations to take place week commencing 16th January.
