Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing a first class service to our customers and colleagues in a positive, enthusiastic and pro-active way
- Provide a first class customer service to every customer and colleague that interacts with the department by either phone or email
- Process all orders accurately and to the agreed schedule
- Deal with any other administrative tasks within the department that is required including backorder reports, order acknowledgements, cancelling orders
- Deal with any request that comes through from our customers and reply in a professional manner

Desired skills
- Experience of working within a similar environment is essential.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Confident in the use of Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
- Able to respond quickly, flexibly and positively to requests.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence to communicate and deal with all levels of people.
- Educated to GCSE Standard.
