We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join us in Telford.
Receiving and processing orders from clients, you will ensure they are fulfilled and keep the customer up to date throughout. In addition, you will file applications for the selection of goods in the warehouse and send relevant information letters to the clients.
Arranging, sorting and archiving shipping documents and amending the documents for shipment in due time (in cases of return, defective goods, re-sorting, incorrect prices, etc.), you will issue invoices and handle any customer visits when required.
With previous administrative experience within a Customer Services Department and excellent customer service skills, you will be competent in Microsoft Office suite. A team player, you will come from a fast paced environment and have advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
