An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join them at their office in Northampton.
This is a new role within the GEM team, which is a team currently made up of Customer Services Manager, Customer Services Administrator and a Customer Services Advisor. Within this role, you will provide support to prospective patients across the whole of the Group’s network of clinics as they undertake and navigate the journey from enquiry to consultation.
This is an important role which will help ensure that prospective patients have the information they require so that they choose to book a consultation with our Client.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have a good standard of basic education with GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths, along with previous experience of working in a customer services role and excellent administration skills.
This role focuses on engaging and arranging potential patients’ initial consultation – so the candidate will have to be confident in answering questions and providing advice and guidance.
