Our Client is one of the UK’s leading on-site and off-site shredding companies, providing confidential document and data shredding services throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team where you will liaise with Corporate Customers, ensuring customer visits are booked in a timely manner, and with maximum efficiency and quality,
Dealing with incoming requests and tasks you will interact with all external and internal customers to resolve issues effectively. Maintaining good relationships with your customers, you will assist Account Managers, book in collections and provide collection details whilst also ensuring relevant PO’s are documented.
This role is ideally suited to someone who has a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. With good communication skills and an outstanding telephone manner, you will have previous experience in a fast paced customer focused environment. A high attention to detail is important as is having the ability to work to deadlines and priorities your own workload.
