Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support is supporting a leading business as they seek to appoint an energetic and ambitious Customer Service Advisor who is commercially aware and confident upselling and cross selling products and services.

This is a key role within the business therefore it is essential the successful candidate demonstrates first class customer service skills, works to a high standard of accuracy and is able to effectively manage their own time.

This is permanent, full time opportunity, the location is easily accessible from Worksop, Sheffield, Chesterfield and Rotherham and has free on site parking.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

-Act as first point of contact for customers
-Provide excellent customer service
-Identify growth and revenue opportunities
-Convert enquiries into new business
-Process quotes and orders
-Drive sales
-Accountant management and continual maintenance of key customers

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

-Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
