The Role:


  • Logging and responding customer complaints


  • Compiling monthly KPI reports


  • Completion and management of internal specifications


  • Continual improvement of internal specifications


  • Involvement in new line process and innovation


  • Management of product downgrades


  • Carrying out customer store visits to assess product


  • Creation of Quality Assessment Sheets for all products


  • Attend internal meetings


  • Involvement in packaging trials across sites



The Candidate:


You will have administration experience ideally within a food manufacturing environment. Quality and Technical experience would be desirable. You will have excellent communication and prioritising and time management skills together with good I.T skills.


You will also have specifications or customer service experience and relevant qualifications together with HACCP and Food Safety qualifications.
