Customer Service Advisor, Leeds
Salary up to £21k
A leading Legal 500 multi service law firm is looking to expand the customer service team with the addition of an advisor for a full time permanent role. The role will involve providing efficient and effective customer service which ensures the firm meets the obligations to regulatory bodies, borrowers and referrers.
The main aspect of the role will be complaint handling. You will handle all manner of complaints in order to reach a solution by agreeing on an appropriate course of action. You will assess and review the cases to understand the details of the complaint and work with the management team to resolve the complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months experience in a customer service role with a focus on complaints handling. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have a professional approach to the work and the customers you will be dealing with. Necessary training on legal aspects will be given.
