The client I am working for is situated in the South Manchester Area of Altrincham after establishing themselves in this catchment area.
The business: My client is a specialist insurance brokerage that has now been established for 6 years and have continued to grow year on year in to one of the North West's leading providers in the industry.
The position: The role was created over 2 years ago for the business as they felt the demand for a customer service division to provide all customers/clients with the service that they deserve.
Duties: You will be working on an inbound caller system taking between 30-50 calls per day from customers regarding their policy/renewal. Also, you must ensure that you comply to FCA regulations with all customers working on a non-advised basis and solving any billing queries that they may have.
Support: The role will be given a 6 week training programme that provides system training, on the phone training and also 2 weeks on the job training in this period.
Progression: The business is keen to progress all employees should that be their wish. The internal hierarchy at the business has been established from team members that have been there from the start. Should that be progression in to a senior/ team leader or manager position or a transfer to another department such as sales or marketing.
