Customer Service Advisor
Temporary, 3+ months, initially Good potential for ongoing work
Based Brampton, Barnsley, S73
£6.15 Per Hour, Monday to Saturday, occasional Sunday working may be required
Must be flexible on times of work as will be required to cover 7 hours per day, 5 days out of 6, between the hours of 08.00 and 20.00 Mon-Fri and 08.00 -14.00 Sat. Please note EVERY SATURDAY must be worked, there will be a day rota'd off during the week to compensate for this.

The role requires candidates to answering incoming calls and to deal with complaints and enquiries relating to any of the organisation's products and services, policies and procedures and balancing questions relating to their cash and stock

Suitable candidate MUST have an outgoing personality, good communication skills, good keyboard skills, good listening problem solving skills, be IT literate, possess good letter writing ability and time management skills.

Previous experience of working in a in a call centre environment would be advantageous. It is essential that candidates have excellent Customer Service Skills and Telephone Manager, an outgoing personality, good communication and good listening.
