Customer Services Adviser - E-commerce Division
Contracted Hours : 10am-3pm & 11am - 4pm, Monday-Friday (25 hours per role)
Reporting to: FMG Retail Customer Service Manager
Here at Friday Media Group Retail we run two large ecommerce websites, Equine Superstore & Mailspeed Marine that provide our customers everything they could need for their horse or boat!
Reporting directly to the FMG Retail Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring impeccable levels of customer service is provided daily to our growing customer base. As a member of the busy Customer Services team you will be dealing with customer enquiries relating to their products, deliveries or orders. You will have the opportunity to assist customers looking for the perfect horse rug, pair of boots or sailing jacket.
You will be hard working, ambitious and eager to improve within your role, An excellent telephone manner and ability to multi task is an essential requirement for this role.
