Our Client is an AIM-listed support services company providing services to offices and workplaces in the private and public sectors. There are five divisions, Datashred, Digital, Technology, Document Management and Relocation and as a group they provide safe and secure services in document storage, cloud and media storage, document shredding, and commercial and workplace relocation.
Our Client is one of the UK’s leading on-site and off-site shredding companies, providing confidential document and data shredding services throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
They are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our support team working Monday – Friday.
Within the role you will answer incoming customer and internal calls and emails effectively and efficiently, dealing with queries that come in, obtaining as much relevant information as possible. Working with Depots and Sales to ensure a smooth running service, you will complete company paperwork accurately whilst managing your work load effectively and assisting the Helpdesk where applicable.
They are looking for someone who has good literacy and numeracy (GCSE A-C) and is customer focused. With a high attention to detail and strong organisational skills, you will be an excellent communicator who is IT literate and able to meet targets under pressure. Industry knowledge and a Business awareness is required, but above all you will have an understanding of the customer you and your team are supporting.
